One of the best accommodations i've ever visited. Proper service with proper price. Good location, clean and broad house. If i should choose bad things, house building itself is old so you should be careful when entering the first door, like obstacles. Hole with weak cover and head side, boiler tube? And when it's raining, it can be uncomfortable to enter into home, 2nd door cause the hole for water doesn't work properly. Except for those things, this is the best accommodation considering the price. I will definitely use this hotel next visit for Seoul.

Very clean, nice and big apartment. Comfy beds. Airconditioning. Two bedrooms (1 without outside window). spacius living room. In the kitchen , all you may need for preparing breakfast or lunch. I recommend the apartment for families. Close to the Sadang metro station and bus stops. Easy to reach Gangnam district.

Great establishment near Guro digital complex Station. It was quiet at night. The staff were super nice and thoughtful, and the cleaning staff was great ! Will definitely book again !

The location was okay, two minutes from a bus stop and metro station. Good restaurants in the area. Takes around 40 mins to an hour to get into the centre of Seoul. The pillows and bed were comfortable. The room is small but manageable, great value for money. Would recommend if you want a cheap and cheerful place to stay.

the hotel has a really cool concept and i loved the Cinema theme. the Gallery and rooftop was such a nice touch!! staff were really professional and helpful as well, they made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel welcome. beautiful hotel all in all. would stay here again! popcorn was my fav part:)

It was a fantastic stay! The studio is small, but has all the necessities, it is super-clean and located in a beautiful, colorful and calm street in the center of Seoul. Included in the stay, there is also a nice breakfast (toast with jam and peanut butter, orange juice, coffee, tea, boiled eggs and cereals). Amy, the owner of the place, is kind and a wonderful person- thanks to her and her kindness we felt very welcome in Korea. After this stay, we travelled through Korea and stayed in other places, but 318 Stay was definitely our favorite. Our best greetings to Amy! If we come back to Seoul, we'll definitely go there.
