My stay at Signiel Seoul was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The view from the room was breathtaking – the panoramic skyline of Seoul from such a height is something I will never forget. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable – both the rooms and common areas were spotless. The hotel staff deserves special recognition for their incredible courtesy, helpfulness, and constant warm smiles. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and extremely comfortable. The mattresses were outstanding, providing a restful and rejuvenating sleep. The food was another highlight – whether dining at the hotel’s restaurants or ordering through room service, every meal was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. The property is really well kept and lovely decoration. There was everything we needed for a good stay including hairdryer, shampoo, face wash, hand wash, trash bags, etc. The host was very friendly and communicated well. It was great value for money for a stay in Seoul, very nearby the KSPO dome if you have concert tickets. It's also close to the areas of Gangnam, Jamsil and Lotte Tower, where there are many things to see and do.

Our stay was excellent! Apartment was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed. It was very well-organised! Our host was also very considerate and helped us with any issues. The host was so lovely that they even helped us buy the shampoo and conditioner (the shampoo and conditioner at the accommodation was so good that my friend wanted to buy some for herself). Overall, we would rate the property and the host 11/10, but we can only give 10/10.

This place was the perfect spot for a much-needed getaway. Cozy and peaceful, yet just a short stroll from charming cafés, great restaurants, and the beautiful Seokchon Lake—it really had the best of both worlds. The bedding was unbelievably soft and warm, and the entire space had a calming vibe that made us feel right at home. It also had such a lovely touch of Korean charm. My daughter absolutely loved our stay, and one of my favorite moments was enjoying a quiet cup of coffee in the morning sun before taking a leisurely walk around the lake with my husband. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seoul!
