This was my second stay, and I enjoyed it just as much as the first. Special thanks to Noor, who was welcoming, polite, and even remembered me from my last visit. The hotel has a great location, friendly staff, and excellent cleanliness—everything was perfect for a beautiful night’s stay.

I had a truly pleasant experience at this hotel during my recent trip to Kuwait. The location is absolutely perfect — very close to the airport, which made my arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was punctual and very convenient. Check-in was a breeze — the registration process was quick and efficient, and the reception staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive. I really appreciated how well they handled customer requests with a warm and welcoming attitude. For Muslim travellers, this hotel is especially ideal as there is a mosque located just in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to perform prayers. I found it very calming to clearly hear the azan (call to prayer) from my room. Another plus point is that the hotel is surrounded by plenty of street food stalls, money changers, and affordable shopping complexes, all within easy walking distance. This made it very convenient for meals, currency exchange, and a bit of shopping during my stay. ✅ Please note: As part of Kuwait’s local regulations, married couples may be asked to provide a copy of their marriage certificate or marriage card during check-in. From my understanding, this applies especially to Muslim couples. I fully respect and understand this requirement, and it did not affect my positive experience at all. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, particularly for those on a short stay or transit to other destinations. The excellent location, outstanding customer service, and thoughtful facilities made my stay truly memorable. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

The hotel is really amazing, huge rooms, beautiful facilities. outside pool and gym is superb! staff really helpful and kind, we had a great stay!
