This is the second time I have stayed here. It is a very comfortable place. I am happy that I can spend my time very freely. The staff here is also very friendly. This is the only place where you can get very comfortable, low budget and affordable accommodation around Colombo. I highly recommend this place. The owner was so lovely and always there to help when needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything I needed! Bathroom was good and the shower was lovely with good pressure and temperature! Location was perfect and so close to many places included the Havelock city mall. There was also a kitchen to use which was great! Such a lovely place to stay for a good price would highly recommend!

Exceptional experience in a classy hotel, resembling colonial mansion. Ultra clean spacious apartment offering comfy stay in style. Hotel grounds are full of flowers, and the pond is pleasure to watch during a day or after dark. Location is good, as it’s relatively close to road but not noisy at all. Good hotel service with attentive staff. Dinner at GINI Restaurant (belongs to same business) was a true delight; just be prepaired that it’s pricey.

The service was exceptional. It was my birthday and I was given a cake on the day, which helped make the day that much more special. The variety of places to dine or go for a drink within the hotel met all our needs. The complimentary city tour gave us a great background to Colombo's history and was very interesting.
