Absolutely amazing place.We had only one night here but fully enjoyed it! The Secret beach is in 5 minutes walking distance. Also It's a pleasure to spend the time on the terrace under the palms. The host is extremely friendly and helpful! We'll definitely visit this place one more time !

Lovely option 40 mts from the beach tucked away in a relatively quiet corner. We stayed in their brand new appartement/room on the first floor. Fantastic bed (huge!), slight seaview, nice and very clean bathroom, kitchenette incl fridge(!) and lot of space. Loved it! Rohan and his wife really take good care of you and cook up fantastic breakfasts, both SL and Western style.

Our room with shared bathroom (shared only by two rooms!) was a great value for money, on a small fishing harbour a bit away from the touristy parts but next to the boat harbour for whale watching. The family who runs the business let us return to our rooms after the whale watching and even gifted us a fish lunch! A really good stay

Brilliant stay! New on the scene in Mirissa but lovely accommodation. The tree house is down a well sign posted, little ally way and almost feels like the locals cul-de-sac. The owner and his wife are lovely and want to do everything they can to make your stay a good one. The tree house has a balcony and the room is a good size and space. The shower is powerful and the place was spotless. They offer a breakfast which is included but also have a menu which you can have a paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had a paid for breakfast one morning and there was so much food we took some to the beach for lunch. It’s in a brilliant location so you can walk to Secret Beach and Mirissa Beach and loads of bars and restaurants. Would 100% recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay with this lovely family. We felt very welcome and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was clean, comfortable and good value. The bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast was varied, generous and delicious! We felt really safe and well looked after here and would recommend friends or family to stay too. The best location in Mirissa. rooms are very close to beach and the sound of waves were reminding me that I am just besides the sea. Clean and well maintained swimming pool was also good.

By far the best hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka! The shower had warm water, the swimming pool was very pleasant and clean, with comfortable sunbeds, pool towels, and even a bar. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and in the room we had tea, coffee, and water that was replenished daily. The finishing touches throughout the hotel were beautiful, and we also felt safe with a security guard at the entrance in the evenings. What made our stay truly outstanding was the personal service: snorkeling, surfing, and even a taxi were all arranged for us at very good prices. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience!
