Anouar / Anwar .. is extremely helpful and went out of his way (remotely) to help from day one to the last day! The place is super clean. Can easily catch taxis outside etc. Cheap local food nearby and many other shops in the vicinity.

Kaan is a very new and modern hotel and exceptionally clean and neat. The bedrooms were well equipped with comfortable beds and quality linen; and, everything we needed, for example soap in the shower and hairdryer. And the hotel is safe; you need the card for your room to not only unlock your room but also the elevator that takes you from the reception to the other floors in the building. The food was exceptional as all the ingredients used, were garden fresh; and, the dishes served gourmet tasty😋 and the portions large. Last but not least: the staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

This aparthotel is relatively new, only 6 months old so when we had a little bit of hiccup when the taxi drivers couldn’t seem to find the place. But it was settled very quickly as the receptionist talked to the driver. We were served coffee while waiting for the check in, didn’t expect that. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. All bathroom amenities were prepared and they even have simple kitchen utensils for us to cook. They also prepared dish detergent for us to wash up. The hospitality is good .I like that the receptionists are very helpful even though they don’t really speak our language. They gave us directions on how to book a taxi to visit the Morocco Mall. Even recommended an app that is equivalent to our version of Uber to avoid getting scammed. Very thankful for their help.

Our one-bedroom apartment was outstanding, with panoramic views of the Atlantic, Hassan II Mosque, and the city skyline. The design and finishes were impeccable, spacious, and elegant. Our butler Yassine made the stay exceptional through flawless attention to detail and anticipation of every need. The apartment also featured a top-tier vinyl player with a collection of over 200 superbly curated LPs—an eclectic mix with strong Arab and African influences that made the experience unique. At reception, Imane and her team were consistently professional, attentive, and accommodating. Service across the hotel was at the highest level. Dining was another highlight; while every restaurant impressed, La Brasserie stood out as our favorite. The spa pool was equally remarkable. From arrival to departure, we felt completely at home. The Royal Mansour Casablanca delivered an experience of warmth, sophistication, and precision. Congratulations to Laurent, Director of the Hotel, for leading with such excellence. The suite was simply perfect! The location couldn’t be better – right in front of the Twin Towers and next to the covered market, full of high-quality local products. The hotel is luxurious and elegant, with the convenience of underground parking. The living space is very well designed, equipped with a comfortable sofa, a proper work area, and all the necessary amenities. The staff were outstanding and truly made the stay special.
