Above all, every traveller coming to Fes needs to stay at Dar Hafsa just to meet the exceptional owners (father and son) and the lovely staff. We felt as if we were part of their family, their kindness comes directly from their heart. They give such useful advice for everything needed. Furthermore, one of the most wonderful experiences was the cooking class we took with Chef Omar! Very recommended! He did not only show us the art of cooking with a Tajine but went to the market with us, sharing his insightful knowledge about Morocco and the Amazigh culture. Very pleasant, calm, and beautiful setting right in the medina. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We loved the services offered, especially the fact that they could pick us up directly from the airport and take us there. They also offer great places to discover, and you can also ask them for other things.
