The staff were very courteous and helpful especially with booking reservations and giving advice or recommendations. The hotel is a small boutique hotel so it is intimate and a nice escape from the busy Marrakesh centre. Pool was great addition after a hot day of sightseeing

Wonderful place to stay - chose it as it was close to Medina while offering an oasis of calm in a lush environment. And it didn’t disappoint! We chose a Ksar to experience the closest authentic vibes and it was amazing. The few photos on Booking don’t come close to reality: large spaces, well maintained, spotless, fresh flowers, spacious terraces, comfy beds, everything was close to perfection. The free mini bar was great, and always promptly refilled. The staff was amazing, kind & prompt with everything we could ask for. The breakfast was diverse & the msemen is ablosutely wow, best we had in Marrakech. The pool & spa are also top noch. And the sound of he birds is the perfect relaxing background!

Great apartment and two toilets was great. Clean and comfy. My only gripe was that there was only one bedside cabinet in each room and no mirror in main bedroom and a small desk to get ready and do make up etc. the only table to put things on was dining table which was awkward. Air con in every room was amazing and the WiFi.
