As soon as I walked in and was greeted, I understood why this accommodation had such a high rating. The first thing is that the boss will contact me in advance to know my arrival time, and then pick me up downstairs. Everyone greeted me as soon as I walked in. The boss showed me my room and introduced the facilities of the house. The whole atmosphere is just like being at home. The boss's service is also very good. Breakfast was very delicious.

I travel for business regularly and I can say this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. Also worth to mention I rarely write reviews but this one it is worth it and deserved. Areas to relax and just spend some time enjoying the garden in the central swimming pool area, the restaurants and specially the Indian restaurant in the rooftop. My experience staying at Riad Naya was wonderful. When I travel I love to immerse myself in the local culture and that was exactly what I found here. I wanted a place close to the center, cozy and clean and Riad Naya met all my expectations. Like most people, I read the reviews before booking and I saw a lot of praise for Mustapha. I can confirm that every word is true—he is an incredibly kind and genuine person who goes out of his way to make sure every guest feels comfortable and cared for. His dedication truly adds to the charm of Riad Naya. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the heart and warmth of the local culture!
