Room is very spacious and the pillows and bed are very comfortable. Staff responded very quickly when we reported an issue with our room. Glass was very well cleaned, no water stains at all.

The manager and the hotel staff were very accommodating to our stay, the front desk Christine is helpful. My family are really enjoy the stay at St. Regis, the room is clean and comfy also. The location is superb and convenient.
