From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like old friends or even family. They were incredibly kind, always attentive, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. A special mention goes to the restaurant staff, who were not only welcoming but also an absolute pleasure to interact with. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, offering breathtaking ocean views. The hotel is perfectly located. It’s an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, and we wholeheartedly recommend it. Getting there by car is easy, and everything you might need is conveniently close by. Everything was really excellent. Very good service from everyone working at the resort! Great gym facilities, perfect size of the room, good breakfast. The beach was clean and we could relax and enjoy the weather. All the water/boat activitites that was included was perfect for children and teenagers. We felt very safe. I hope to come back!

I like everything the location, room, ambiance, cleanliness, complimentary stuff. Above all Matt (Manager/owner) and Yash, they both were extremely helpful. Dropped us couple of times to our destinations. Guided us and provided valuable feedback for our queries. Bala Bala.... I think 9.3 rating is underestimated rating, it should be somewhere 9.8 or may say 10 as I also had the experience of number of 5 star hotels of different locations.

This hotel has many good things, but the best thing is their staff. Really kind and helpful people, always willing to help and make your stay wonderful. Room was spacious and clean, same as the bathroom. The bed really comfortable. The balcony was really nice and we used it a lot. The beach is right in front of the hotel and it is beautiful and calm, perfect spot to relax. The food is amazing, really good restaurant, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner and was always great... and we loved the tea team with crepes! All in all it was an excellent place to stay at.

The cleaning ladies came in every day - emptied the bin , cleaned and tidied up where necessary , changed the towels practically every other day and sheets very regularly . What we particularly loved ( and we have never had this in any other accommodation anywhere) is a personal water filter system in our kitchen , therefore saving buying huge bottles of water and having to carry them back from the supermarket . We would also like to mention 2 excellent restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the apartments - Kimbo Lebanese kitchen , which is very reasonably priced , as well as La Payote ( more upmarket but lovely for a special treat ) . We loved the beautiful Mon Choisy public beach which is just under 1k away , as well as the local Cannoniers beach which is nearer .

The owners are very kind and responsive. They explain where to go and what to see and also provide a list of activities and contacts. The breakfast is homemade and delicious, especially the french toast and the yogurt with granola. The water in the pool has a very natural feeling, and there is no taste or smell of chlorine which makes swimming in it very comfy If you are planning to spend some time in the north, i would definitely suggest booking some nights here.

Located about 400 metres from Grand Baie Beach, Auberge Miko offers self-catering accommodation with a balcony. The accommodation is 10 minutes’ walk from the Super U shopping mall.
