The place is located right off of Quinta, but still very quiet. I’m a light sleeper but slept great here. Both the night staff and day time staff are beyond friendly and helpful, they all also speak really good English.
The room is amazingly spacious and so is the bathroom. It is very thoughtfully equipped with plenty of power outlets, a huge smart TV, WiFi working great, and there are even lights in the closet. Mentioning this to show that they pay attention to the details here. The balcony is big enough to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the sunset (if your room is out to the front). The rooftop pool area is nice for a day away from the trouble at the beach.
Our room was on the third floor, there was an elevator that worked well and was fast. There is a 7eleven right across the street (24/7) and in the evenings you get the best Marquesitas (rolled crepe-like sweet dish) at the local food stall opposite the hotel. It was overall the best place we stayed in during our trip.

Marvellous hotel! New building, nice, comfortable and well-equipped apartment, cleaned every day, polite and helpful staff, reception 24h, free available underground garage to safely keep the car. No doubt I will return if I only get a chance!

The property was decorated with such a great taste of art. It felt very private and peaceful. The room was beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable. The location was very central. Fabri went above and beyond for us, even picking us up from the bus stop and dropping us off. Thanks Fabri for your hospitality!

If you are here looking for comments and ask yourself do you need to stay in this place? The answer is absolutely YES! The room was super clean, its near the center and beach, you have huge supermarket a cross a street and lot of restaurants and street food, also very close to ADO Alterna bus station. And HUGE respect for Rafaelo - owner of the apartments, he is so polite and he is available 24/7 for you if you need anything. Definitely come back here again!

Location Was suoer.! Close to town, beach , ferry, collectivo., Supermarkt. The apartment was big enough for 2 people, comfortably. We liked being on 2nd floor because we didn't have to use the elevator. Bed was very comfortable, good pillows.
The roof terrace with pool was very nice and most of the staff were very friendly.
