We stayed three days for a wedding (fabulously on the beach!). Our first experience of an 'all inclusive' resort, not our usual style of travel but perfect for this occasion. Room was lovely with a big balcony, great shower and perfect bed with beautiful linen. Meals are plentiful with lots of choice, beverages unlimited. On the beach, massive pool, bars, tennis courts and other activities available. Everything is there and the staff are professional and efficient, very friendly and seem very happy working there. All this makes for a flawless stay. We didn't try the Mexican restaurant alternative as it was booked out the only night we had available, but by all reports from others in our group who tried it, the food is very good there too.

Everything about this place was amazing, beautiful hotel, beautiful room, beautiful swimming pool and beach. Staff is so friendly, I was impressed. We tried the oriental restaurant, it was good. I did not get the chance to book the mexican one cause it seemed to be a busy one, and it was fully booked. The buffet is good but after a while it seems like you always eat the same food so make sure to book at least one restaurant for a change (in my case we also eat out of the resort now and there so it was fine). In the morning, there was no bacon or sausages for breakfast. For me, it's okay, but my british boyfriend did not like that, haha. I would say it's expensive but it's probably the most beautiful hotel that I've been to. The service was the best and the Italian manager was very nice.

The facilities were great, near the beach. The staff is kind. The animation staff is good all day, the night shows are really good. The room were comfortable.

The Suites Corazon are located only a 3-minute walk from the beach in Playa del Carmen and feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and daily cleaning service.

Cas’arte is a true gem in Playa del Carmen! We stayed here for our babymoon, and Fabri, the wonderful host, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The hotel is centrally located yet quiet—ideal for a relaxing getaway. Fabri checked in daily to ensure we were happy and gave fantastic recommendations. When I mentioned my love for mangoes, Lupita, the lovely housekeeper, brought me fresh ones, making us feel truly cared for. We were treated like family, and even the other guests were lovely.
