The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully designed, and has everything you could need. Renting bikes directly at the hotel was super easy—just like everything else during our stay. The staff were very helpful, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches: free water refills, a welcome drink on arrival etc.

Had a brilliant time! We had the pleasure of staying during the soft-opening and were lucky enough to get a topfloor room from which you can see a parts of Amsterdam; from Rijksmuseum to the Johan Cruijff Arena. The staff was friendly even though everything was new to them as well.

Customer service was excellent. The veiw from my room was amazing. The gym and spa were super good. Overamstel station is a 3-minute walk away.

The rooms are quite spacious (in Amsterdam it's not the rule), very clean, modern, well- equipped, with a nice urban view. The personal is very friendly, helpful and polite. There is a spacious parking place and they don't make any crazy charges. The metro station is in 6-8min walking distance. Next time will try the spa that looked excellent. Breakfast also worths the money.
