For m ti was important to have a calm place with front desk open 24/7 to be able to enter the hotel since my flight was late at night and wanted to come in after parties as well :D Furthermore, nice bathroom, everything what you need to clean yourself is available, my button fell out and there wsa a sewing kit to fix it! Very handy! Airconditioner worked fine, was also helpful. and bath item for drying towels, used it each time, in two hours socks and small items are fully dry! very handy during weekend when laundry service is not working.

The Pillows Hotel truly stood out for its incredibly helpful staff, who provided service with a perfect mix of professionalism and warmth. The room service, offered by the hotel’s Brasserie, was a highlight of our stay. It was a delightful surprise to receive such prompt, non-soggy, and tasty food directly to our room. Additionally, the gym and spa facilities, particularly the complimentary hydro bed massage treatments, added a luxurious touch that enhanced our overall experience. A notable mention must be made of how efficiently the staff handled our booking mistake. Despite having booked for the wrong month, they adjusted our reservation without hesitation, showcasing their exceptional customer service.

Massive hotel, reminds me of hogwarts or something, very cool! Rooms were big and clean. Staff were great. We got the rental bikes the hotel offers to get around which was nice and easy. What really blew us away was the locker service. There is a room sized area full of lockers, we were able to check out of our room and leave 2 large suitcases in the same locker while we went away for 4 days at no extra cost!! We returned back on day 4 and punched in our combination code, retrieved our bags and checked into our new room.
