Upon arrival we were met with the doormen who took our luggage straight to the room. Check-in was smooth even though they didn't see payment from bookings .com. We were given our room despite the payment issue. Room was well laid out clean and beyond our expectation. All staff were very friendly and always ensuring all was okay. Check out was also excellent

I was a bit sceptical at first, not having a reception, but was pleasantly surprised how easy the checking in process was. Loved this hotel, it was very clean, and in a great central location. Would highly recommended and will be returning as we didn’t get to do everything we wanted to do.

The staff were fabulous, the breakfast was decent. The location is the best thing about the hotel. Its central to everywhere.
