The room was perfect: very clean and nice. It had all the amenities and more: it had a coffee machine and an electric tea cattle so that you could enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. The location of the hotel was wonderful, right in the center of Maastricht, you are close to all the touristic attractions as well as shops and stores. The hotel itself is very modern and elegant. Also the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent central location. Very friendly staff and superb, helpful service. Reasonable price, very good value for money. Clean rooms, and very helpful checkin process. On seeing that we are a couple they upgraded us to a better room for free. Has a nice human touch rather than the impersonal nature of large hotel chains.

It's, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever been at. The decoration is super rich with details, but surprisingly well balanced, creating an almost magical atmosphere. Huge congratulations to the design/decoration team. The breakfast was magnificent, we've dinned twice at the Bistro and were very pleased with both the food and the service (and the quite interesting wine list). The room was quite big, with a very confortable bed. We are doomed to return to your company soon :)
