The breakfast was superb. There were plenty of choices on the menu. The waiters/waitresses are well trained and have good manner. They remembered what I ordered before and asked me again if I wanted the same thing on the next day.
We were upgraded to royal suite, which was spacious, well decorated, and clean (We booked Junior Suite with Corner Balcony)

The owner, Geir may appear a little brusque in written communication, however that doesn't reflect the reality of the charming man that you will meet when you arrive.
The apartment itself is perfectly located. Internally it has lots of space and is somewhat eccentric in a good way. Interesting art work on the walls and personal touches everywhere.
Don't bother to bring shower gels or shampoo, there is enough in the bathroom already for a 12 month stay. The fridge (and freezer) were packed with food and drinks when we arrived. A little less so when we left.
