awesome experience, we loved our stay at PH Auckland. From facilities, to staff and amenities we couldn’t ask for more. All staff went above and beyond also during difficult times such as the storm Gabrielle. we got a room upgrade for our couple celebration! we miss it already and would love to go back :).

The hotel is in a very good location! The staff was extremely kind and helpful!! The housekeeping Lady was very lovely!! The room perfect even with the funny bathroom setup.. Clean and comfortable! Breakfast was very good as well!!

We arrived at 03h00 and were understandably a little anxious about gaining access to our apartment, but our hosts gave absoluely clear details for collecting the keys! Unique location on Princes Wharf, within easy walking distance of the Ferry Terminal on Queens Wharf, departure point for City Tours, the Sky Tower and many food outlets including several top restaurants. Wonderful views across Auckland Harbour and towards the CBD, and an added bonus was awaking to find a cruise liner berthed no more than 25m from our balcony! Spacious apartment, clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. Highly recommended and would certainly return if the opportunity arose

View was great, with good sized balcony. Nice having the outside heater, BBQ. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies. Comfy bed. Free guaranteed underground parking is a bonus. Location also great. Was all really good. I have stayed at the Viaduct often and this is best place I have stayed. Will stay again. Host was really helpful.

The location for us was just perfect. The bed, the aircon, bathroom, and amenities! Right on the harbour front near to the ferries. Only a 5 min walk to our favourite restaurant Oyster & Chop in the viaduct harbour and the rest of the CBD. The large corner terrace was incredible. Huge in size and perfect for each end of the day!

Incredibly clean apartment in an amazing location right on the harbour. Very central to everything in downtown Auckland. The value for money was unbeatable.
Communication was too notch, as were the amenities provided. I would recommend it for anyone to stay and would come back if I find myself in Auckland again.
