This is a genuine 5 star hotel in a very secure quite location. The hotel bedroom and bathroom was very spacious and the room I had, had a balcony and terrace. Unlike some modern hotels which have claustrophobic bedrooms where the windows do not open, and there is no access to fresh air, the bedrooms at Los Incas felt natural and good for ones wellbeing. All the staff were very helpful , especially Andres in reception and Alexander the breakfast waiter.

Me and my fiancé Ania had a lovely stay! It's a 5 floor house with a very nice balcony on the top, to chill 😎. There are 2 dogs and 2 cats that live in the house but they mainly sit on the ground floor, they add such a cool vibe to the place. They are harmless snd always looking to be pet 😀 gonna miss them. Our room was perfect, clean, plenty of space comfy bed and, hot water and all was good! There's a washing machine available to use as well amd plenty of space to dry your clothes. The kitchen is nicely equiped and we could use anything there the hosts encouraged to use it, but we didn't feel like cooking, so can't say much. The hosts are lovely, if you need any assistance from them they are always happy to assist, they'll even go to the local bakery or shop in the evenings if you didn't feel safe. The neighbourhood is a bit more local but i think safe. It's really close to Barranco. I'd definitelt stay here again if I was visiting Lima again.

Guillermo, the owner, is kind and helpful, the check in instructions were accurate and easy to follow. The apartment is clean, spacious and had everything we needed, the location is excellent and especially we appreciated the secure parking. We would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Lima
