Aqsa and Qaisar Abbas were super friendly and helpful. I needed to hire a driver, they were on it. My mom got sick and I wanted to take breakfast to my room- they accomodated me. The property itself is amazing. Hatsoff to staff making sure guests gets what's desire. I must mention Mr Irfan, he is supportive and attentive to details. I did mention him couple of items from cleaning and he took prompt actions to fix it. He listened feedback positively and ensured to fix permanently. Location is perfect, close to food outlets, shopping etc. Room is big with comfortable sofa chairs, bed, pillows and linen was properly cleaned and fitted.

The front staff (Mr. Shoaib) was really great, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and a memorable one! He made sure any issues we had were taken care of. He also recommended Haveli Resturaunt, which was exceptional. My wife and I both loved the food. We would definitely recommend anyone looking to stay closer to cantt area, badshahi mosque, food street, anarkali or the fortress stadium to come stay here!
