Nice just opened in early 2024 hotel, everything is new and modern, rooms are large and clean, good shower and air conditioner. Owners and staff are friendly and helpful. Location is quiet and in the same time close to bus station. Rakovica is located south of downtown Belgrade - around hour by bus to center and all sightseeing places, by car - just 30 mins.

Perfect and clean apartment. The host is very approachable person and willing to help if you have any questions. She arranged a taxi as per my request. There are many facilities close to apartment -shops, local market, restaurants and currency exchange. Bus stop is in 1 minute walk distance which will bring you to the center of Belgrade.

Great flat for our week's stay. We chose the location near to where we needed to be every day during our visit, but it was easy to go to the city centre - it's a short walk to the bus stop, and there is a supermarket and a bakery a couple mins' walk away. Taxi ride to the city centre was also good. The area is residential, nice and safe. The flat is very cosy, with great shower, very good heating, comfy bed, coffee machine (thanks to host for some coffee pods) - everything one might need from a flat. All is very clean and just as seen on the photos. Communication is fast, and keys were in a safe box. We arrived very late so it was great to just get the keys from the box.
