Staff are professional and friendly. I booked 3 double bed room for my six member family and wanted all those in same floor, to accommodate my requirement they provided me two room with 3 beds next to each other and another room with 2 bed just in front. Room service and support staff are very good, I must mention a lady at the reception and bellman EMAD, they were very active and cooperative. Although the hotel is bit far away from Masjid Al Haram, but 24/7 free commuter bus service is available leaving each 20 minutes makes it very convenient to commute between Hotel and Haram.

We have spent 11 days here and it truly felt like home. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the service was outstanding throughout my stay. The facilities are excellent and well-maintained. The location is also perfect—very close to hotels free government buses to the Haram made access extremely easy. It's a convenient spot for getting around Makkah. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the holy city.

It was very good looking and modern. U got a Shuttle for Haram. Everything was really good. The personal was very friendly and helped with problems. I would always choose them again. They even called me 2 days after checkout, that i forgot 60 Riyal in my room. SubhanAllah, thank u very much.
