We stayed at V Hotel Bencoolen in Singapore from December 28, 2024, to January 1, 2025, for 4 nights, and it was an exceptional experience. The room, bathroom, and overall cleanliness were impeccable. The staff was highly professional and attentive. The location is ideal, being just a few meters from the Metro station, which made exploring Singapore very convenient. We would like to give special recognition to May, a member of the housekeeping team, for her outstanding work. She ensured our room was cleaned daily, provided all the necessary amenities, and was always approachable whenever we needed assistance. Her dedication and hard work were truly impressive. There’s nothing negative to mention about our stay , everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely choose V Hotel Bencoolen again when we visit Singapore in the future. The STRAND HOTEL is located in the middle of the Singapore hub so you could reach the most of tourist attractions by walking such as the suntec city, clay quay, Merlion park, China town, bugis within 20min ! Furthermore, they are offering luggage storage service before check in and after check out. There also have a microwave machine at ground floor for guests for heating up instant food. I have enjoyed room service with breakfast that is not luxury but affordable. They provided dental kits per person everyday. My family and I could fully relex on the bed after long journey in Singapore.
