The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was my first time in a capsule hotel and I was very impressed. The room was quiet, with blackout blinds so no one else’s lights bothered me. Other guests were very respectful and I had excellent sleeps. All areas (dorms, bathrooms, common areas and the terrace) were exceptionally clean. The digital lock security (on dorms, lockers and entry) was so easy to use and I felt safe at all times. The location and cleanliness reviews determined my choice and I was not disappointed. The hot drinks machine, and cold filtered water were much appreciated. As was the choice of small pastries/muffins to start the day. Leaving luggage after checkout was a bonus. It was tagged and put in a locked room. Thank you to the very helpful reception staff, nothing was a problem. I would recommend taking the Green line back to the airport, as it definitely gave me a chance to see some of suburbia Singapore, and was probably quicker than the Blue Line!
