Check in and check out processes are very efficient. Majority is self done and there are staffs to assist if needed. And room size & view is nice, this area is not as noisy as Orchard and access to MRT is really convenient.

Amazing staff and the hotel rooms were clean and smelled nice. The view from our hotel was the marina view and it was such a lovely view to wake up to every morning. The roof top restaurant was my favorite place to be. Lovely Mexican food and swimming pool

The room is spacious. we always book the Deluxe room and the one bedroom suite if with kids. the location is perfect across is the Raffles City . breakfast provides variety. Child friendly buffet and the room service menu is delicious. the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Location was fantastic. Close to metro stations and other attractions. The room was comfortable, quite small but well suited for my needs. Loved the youthful atmosphere and enjoyed a free dinner thanks to a community activity the staff held. Personally loved that it was in a mall; that came in handy for grabbing quick bites, loved the easy connection to Fort Canning Park. A bit pricey but expected for Singapore. Anyway, I really enjoyed my stay here.
