The location was excellent — there’s a direct entrance to Novena MRT from Basement 3, making it very convenient to get around the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great and included everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The only downside for me was the breakfast. It didn’t quite match my preference for a traditional European-style breakfast, so I only tried it once. On the other days, I opted to have breakfast at the nearby malls, which offered plenty of alternatives.

The location is good, the food was good, the breakfast was amazing, internet connection could do the work, so in general, for work, this is a good place to stay and let you not think about random stuff while you need to work.

The staff are so nice and accommodating. Cleaners are also cheerful happy and smiling.Thumbs up to the Chinese Guy Receptionist in the afternoon who gave us the nice room and floor lever (pool floor)to stay in.

Small room but v clean and toilet as well. Well maintained interiors loves the mirror with adjustable lights. Bus stop just in front. Very handy with kids. Super friendly and facilitating staff.

Despite being far from most tourist spots, there was a bus stop literally a few walks from the hotel. SG transpo system is very efficient, so you won't have to worry too much about getting places. The room we got had no windows, but it was cozy and good enough place to sleep after a long, tiring day. There was also a hawker center near the hotel since it is situated in a residential area.
