The Receptionist, Yvette and Allen habe helped us a lot, they are very friendly. Ivy in the coffee shop is very accommodating upon our checkout we stayed there for a while and Ivy is there to accommodate us. The hotel is very Family friendly and very clean. Location is the best.!

I was traveling with my wife and 2 children, and requested an extra single bed for my older child when booking. After learning about my children's ages, the hotel thoughtfully added two extra beds for our comfort. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, especially our room attendant Tim, who thoughtfully anticipated our needs and proactively offered assistance, making us feel right at home in a foreign country. If I have the chance to return to Singapore, I'll definitely stay at the Four Seasons Singapore again!

We really enjoyed our stay: from the warm welcome and 5-star customer service, to the room design and the breakfast. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, very refreshing after a flight and/or a walk in the neighbourhood. The hotel is conveniently located in Katong neighbourhood. Everything was just perfect! We will come back for sure!
