every single thing about our stay here was amazing. from the moment we arrived it was perfect. they had all the little details covered and we are now inspired and on a mission to stay at as many banyan trees around the world as we can. our room was magical, we decided we will design our next house similar with the pool right as you open the door you step out into it. we liked the fact that someone came and prepared our room for bed time. with a treat, mozzie trap, slippers by the bed and bed drawn back. such a sweet thing to do. our dinner was absolutely perfect. they let us pick which table we wanted during the day. it was my partners birthday and the waiter came with cake and sang happy birthday. he was so wonderful. the gym! wow wow wow. never seen a gym set up like this before. they even run sessions (trx, yoga ect). can’t recommend this place enough.

This is a lovely new hotel in the area. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully modern. The staff were friendly and always eager to help. We only booked for one night on our first day in Phuket, as it’s conveniently close to the airport, a local mall, and Boat Avenue. Bangtao Beach is nearby too, and the hotel provides a free shuttle! We truly wish we had stayed longer — we’ll definitely be back!

The villa was spacious and spotlessly clean. The villa had front and rear balconies with the front one overlooking the pool. I liked the quiet location of the villa but it's close proximity to great restaurants, beaches and shops. The shared pool was always empty and a few steps away from the villa. The host Tommy and his lovely wife are always on hand and nothing was too much trouble.

Great appartment, Laguna is perfect location for vacation with kids. There is park next to the estate, sea is 15 minutes walk distance and there are free shuttles, also there is supermarket with everything you need in Laguna.

Our stay was more the perfect thanks to Uck and Jackie! They have put so much efforts into taking care of us and we are extremely grateful! They were even corresponding with my family in Bulgarian, because they do not know English. We truly recommend this place for your stay!
