Quite nice and local accommodation, the host gave me super specific information about the transportation, restaurant and massage which is so useful for people who came to Bkk first time. I feel so welcomed and happy to live there especially woke up with birdsong.

It's hard to know where to start as it was such a wonderful stay and highlight of the trip. The host is so lovely, knowledgeable and helpful and bent over backwards to make sure we had the best experience (take a private boat tour if you can, it is well worth it!). The property has so much heritage and is beautiful inside and out, the styling and decor is such a credit to the passion behind it. Loved staying in the Deer room though they all look incredible. Location wise it is really easy to get around with major monuments such as Wat Arun within walking distance, The Grand Palace being a short ferry away from that. There is a major train line a short walk away if you want to go out further which connects easily onto other lines, it's also easy to get a taxi as needed. The area feels really low key and local which is really nice, there is a street food market up the road near the train line entrance as well as 7/11's for bits and pieces and late night eats. The breakfast was such a highlight of the stay. So beautifully presented and created, loved that you have the option to switch it up each day. Even if you select the same type of breakfast each day it does change, especially the sides which are fun little goodies and yummy fruit. The drinks that come with them as well were perfect, I loved the tea and juice selection in particular, and the hot chocolate was a nice treat.

I didn’t expect much at first, but this stay turned out to be a hidden gem. The place feels cozy and very local, giving you a true sense of the area. What really stood out was the staff – they are so kind and always go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable. A really warm and memorable experience.

we stayed in an appartment with two bedrooms and a living/dining area. there is a washing machine and dryer combo, wich is ideal, because you sweat a lot in thailand, so you need to wash your clothes a lot. the location is superb, only a few steps away from the Blue Line metro. from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi it's just over an hour with the airport rail link (arl) and the blue line. and it's also, very affordable (very very cheap). you can also use Grab (like Uber), wich isnalso very cheap, especially when you're with a group or family, but avoid during rush hour. also, food night market is around the corner, the (also ferry affordable) ferry to iconsiam and other places, is just a 15 minute walk. 7 eleven stores are everywhere. i would definitely come back to this hotel appartment.

The place looks even nicer in person than in the pictures. It’s spacious and feels very homey. We checked in quite late due to a flight delay, but they still accommodated us and welcomed us warmly. The surroundings are close to temples, and there’s a 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and many more shops just a few minutes’ walk away definitely a great place to stay.
