The building and surroundings are very beautiful, the rooms extremely well presented. The bed was large and comfortable. The outside areas are beautiful, green and quiet.
We were treated very well by the staff, notably Mr Mo and Mdme Oly, who did their best to look after us, giving us early check-in, an early breakfast (delicious) and even a cup of coffee when we had to leave to the airport early!

Such cool design. Everything looks great, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Boom in the restaurant was especially friendly. The food in all restaurants was just delicious. The area is also awesome. Close to malls, restaurants, etc. We can't wait to return. We loved this place. We visit Bangkok often. This will definitely be our new home in Bangkok.

We really enjoyed te view from the room, the bed was super comfy. Whenever we used the pool it seemed like it was our private one. We also enjoyed the breakfast which included both Thai and Western staples. The best part is the staff and how welcoming they are. The hotel offers tuktuk shuttle service to metro and one time the scheduled tuk tuk was stuck in traffic, but another staff member quickly sorted out another option for us the get to metro line.

This was the most exceptional hotel experience we have ever had. The location of the hotel, right on the river, is perfect. The pool is amazing. Our room was incredible. We had dinner at the Terrace Rim Naam on the opposite side of the river and it was 10/10. But most of all, the service from every person we encounters was next level. If you ever have the opportunity to stay here, you should. It’s the best of the best.
