Very friendly and helpful staff, always smiling and willing to help. Room was so clean and comfortable, airconditioning was perfect. Location is great, 15 minutes walk to Khaosan Road. Also very close to Pier for Thai boat or normal boat trips. 7-Eleven shop is practically next door.

Everything was great! Big room and bathroom, everything clean and comfortable. The location is a bit far from the old town (10 min by scooter), but there’s a bus stop nearby and you can use Grab to get anywhere. Since it’s a residential area it’s very quiet at night.

The perfect place! Excellent location with a stunning view. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfy, well decorated, and not too much stuff. I would highly recommend this special house as a palace to stay. :)

Great location, close to easy transport by river boat. Lovely spotlessly clean rooms and super helpful staff who even let us leave our belongings while we travelled round before returning to Bangkok.
