We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and the views from the upper floors and pool were stunning. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always available to assist with any inquiries. The breakfast offered an impressive array of international food options, and my gluten intolerance was accommodated with great attention to detail, without any issues. Additionally, the hotel features a floor connection to the BTS, making it a fantastic location.

Very large room and high ceiling. Also they have Michelin chef for their Thai restaurant. Room service and airport pick up are also very valuable. Excellent in-room massage service for parents who has no maid with. Around hotel, super market is convenient, and restaurants have multiple choices, and good quality food! Love to stay in greens and keep away from busy city chaos.

The Reception Counter staff, Ms Dream and Ms Orawee attended to us. We had some mix up with the booking due to first name and last name confusion. It was sorted smoothly and with kind smiles. Thank you so much to the attentiveness and patience of Ms Dream. Her kindness made for a wonderful start of our stay at the hotel. My dad even got a chocolate cake from the staff as he was celebrating his birthday at BKK. The staff were lovely people. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Central World was a 5 mins walk away. What more could a vacationer ask for? :)
