I like the room space, good for people with disabilities and also the food that was served. I enjoyed my time and bell showed me lots of things and places.

I had a very nice stay at Bansabai. The location is great and quiet and it is very easy to get to the center of the city from the hotel. The pool and the view from the rooftop are amazing. I could use the parking which is very rare in Bangkok (and for free). The staff of the hotel is really great, and very helpful and efficient. The room and the pool were always very clean. The wifi was working very good. I will definitely go back to this hotel for my next trip to Bangkok.

Our stay at this hotel was truly lovely. The staff was very kind and always made us feel welcome — their warmth really made a difference. On top of that, the hotel itself is super comfortable, with cozy rooms and beautiful spaces to relax. We absolutely loved the overall experience and the facilities. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well taken care of. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. We would definitely stay here again!
