Everything was perfect. Everyone in the hotel is so kind and nice. From reception, staff on breakfast, fantastic lady in tourist agency in a hole of hotel, lady for massage which came to our room...absolutely wonderful people. Breakfast was excellent. Restoran / I don't remembered name/, near reception with European food was excellent. My daughter and I were surprised that was sooo nice in this hotel. We will come back.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and the views from the upper floors and pool were stunning. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always available to assist with any inquiries. The breakfast offered an impressive array of international food options, and my gluten intolerance was accommodated with great attention to detail, without any issues. Additionally, the hotel features a floor connection to the BTS, making it a fantastic location.

The great staff arranged a wonderful room with a nice view which can see the beautiful sunset and BTS line, it was also appreciated to prepare a birthday cake and cute decoration on the bed. The staff who helps to deliver the luggage was also very nice with lot of smiles to explain the facilities in the room. Very recommend to choose this hotel if you’re planning to visit Bangkok, it’s close to BTS Asok to walk about 10min.

Conveniently located. Thoughtful provision of Tuk-tuk rides to Siam paragon even though it is really near, saved us walking in the heat! Extremely polite staff, very clean throughout. Very comfortable beds, bathroom was huge and we had a choice of tub and shower. Quality bath products. Recycling bin in bathroom. Complimentary mini-bar and snacks. Good variety for breakfast.
