Everything! The staff, the room (although a little jaded) and the biggest hit was the location - not only because of the river view which is fab but also being so close to lots of fun restaurants and bars (backpacker area). I would definitely return. Highly recomend.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and the views from the upper floors and pool were stunning. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always available to assist with any inquiries. The breakfast offered an impressive array of international food options, and my gluten intolerance was accommodated with great attention to detail, without any issues. We really like this hotel. We have stayed there several times already. Very cozy rooms, convenient location, friendly and welcoming staff. There are several nice cafes with very tasty food near the hotel. Next time we come to Bangkok for the weekend, we will definitely stay there. The only inconvenience is the construction in this area. But there are no complaints about the hotel.
