Modern hotel at a great location and linked to the sky train system - a must. Breakfast was great. We will never forget the pool view during sunset, plus the great discount on beverages (including cocktails) during this time. We were very happy to finish our 18-day Thailand travel in this hotel.

Our stay in Ascott Embassy was great. The room was spacious enough for 3 adults. We had separate shower and bath tub. When we needed something the staff was very quick and solved everything. The room also has a washing/drying machine which was great for us.
Sound isolation was good, AC as well.

Idyllic hotel. Feels like an oasis in a busy city like Bangkok. The property is extremely quiet and is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Bangkok city. The staff, breakfast and in-house dining options are superb! I especially like that they have not westernized the food. The fried rice with crab meat on the in house dining menu is to die for. The pool and gardens surrounding it are amazing. Room sizes are huge.

It is a really quiet and pleasant hotel after a long day in the bustling city of Bangkok. You Walk 10 minutes to the MRT Subway and are really fast in Chinatown. I would totally recommend this hotel.

My partner and I stayed 4 nights at Norma Hotel Sathorn during its rebranding. Booked through booking.com, we were able to get a free airport transfer and the hotel is situated in a very convenient location. The whole stay was smooth and the staff were lovely especially the manager-cat. Great value for money, clean, relaxing, with simple and aesthetically pleasing decor. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely rebook if we are ever back in Bangkok!
Special thanks to Khun Zen for her warm and efficient welcome upon our arrival and to another receptionist who’s name I forgot to ask for, often on shift in the evenings at dinner time. She would always warm our lunch leftovers up for us and let us eat peacefully in the lobby. ขอบคุณค่ะ!
