If you are travelling with a pet I highly recommend this hotel. Children are also highly cared for and welcomed by the brilliant staff. Other guests would not know there are pets there as the whole hotel is fresh , clean, quiet and well managed. It is a very new hotel! Super comfy bed in smart brand new clean room with great little bathroom. Shampoo , body gel and lots of towels. Huge high definition good channel tv. Fridge and good electric points. The whole staff are all wonderfully helpful, polite and happy - the best staff team I have ever known!! Good extensive fresh food breakfast served for 4 hours and changes in buffet daily. Free fresh coffee and tea all day in the lobby. Room service available and a phone in the room. Rooftop swimming pool (great view of Doi Suthep) and gym are small but also very good. Location is great for shopping at Maya and Nimman - there is a free shuttle bus there and back. There is also CNX university market close by plus it is on the road to Doi Suthep - you won't get bored here. A 7/11 a few minutes walk. I really enjoyed my 3 night stay and I was sad to go! I will definitely book again.

I recently stayed at Whoopers Hostel in Chiang Mai, and it was easily one of the best hostel experiences I’ve ever had. The dorms were spectacularly clean—spotless beds, fresh linens, and well-maintained bathrooms. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, always ready to help with local recommendations or any questions I had.
They clearly know Chiang Mai inside out, and their tips made exploring the city so much easier. Whether you’re a solo traveler or with friends, this hostel is the perfect base. Highly recommended!

This is by far one of the best properties Ive ever stayed at in Thailand! Owner was very kind, caring, accessible and accommodating. Spacious beautiful and thoughtfully decorated rooms in a very quiet location. Hot water and water pressure, wifi were all excellent. Complimentary fresh local fruit and beverages were provided daily in the lobby. Very safe and comfortable for solo female travellers. I will definitely book again and highly recommend

The property was very cute, lovely decoration and location. Overall it was an amazing experience, but what was really outstanding was the hospitality and the problem-solving skills by Nui.
She gave us very good recommendations, sorted out our taxi transfers, elephant tour and helped me buy tickets to go to Chiang Rai via bus and obtained our vip boxing tickets.

We had a great stay in HeyHa House. The owners are adorable, very helpful and speak good English.
The room is clean and well furnished
They have snacks available so you can always get yourself a tea, a toast or a bottle of drinking water
It is a bit far from the old town, but the location is nice, in a very local street, with a lot of food options and shops.
