Everything was perfect from the pick-up at the airport to the return to the airport. Marcel and his staff are committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible. They are the benchmark that other stays should be based. It was like returning to a Thailand that is quickly fading. Excellent place to stay if you want to see Chiang Mai while having a quiet and civilised place to return to at night. The combined Asian and European menu made it our first choice for dinner. Excellent breakfast. The other guests were very polite, respectful, and no children was a dream come true.

Great location, great facilities and lovely pool. 711 is just outside and right next to the highway so easy for Grab/Bolt but still no noise can be heard from the room. Laundry facilities were very useful and everything was well maintained. We would definitely stay again.
