1.The hotel is quite new and the decoration is pretty. 2.Bath area inside the room is gorgeous and we enjoyed a fine bath time. 3.Mini bar is generous with free Cola and snacks are tasty. 4.Fruits and desserts were served freely. 5.Pool is wonderful and poolside bar at night is quite cozy. 6.Staff there were very nice and one of them is capable of Chinese.

the staff is very friendly and helpful and provide you with good tips on things to do in the surrounding area. The hostel itself is high quality. The Rim absolutely exceeded all our expectations. The staff were simply wonderful and met all our needs and beyond. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Location of the hotel is great, just on the edge of the Old City with easy access to the center (they have free shuttles to the night markets) and less than 15 mins to the airport. Water and coffee capsules were refreshed everyday complimentary. Also the airport pickup and drop off was complimentary and easily arranged by the hotel. Every detail was appreciated! We would definitely stay here again :)

Very quiet with nice seating to enjoy the birds (and cats!), they have a nice breakfast, drinks and coffee are always provided, balconies in the rooms, and staff who are joyful and friendly.
