Staff were very friendly and caring to us, they upgraded our room as a compliment. At the day when we were leaving, time in the room was extended. Breakfasts were pretty tasty and various. As a bonus, lobby-bar is spacious and pleasant to spend time in❤️🙌🏻

The staff is where this hotel shines. Interactions with people that work here were the highlights of every day during my stay. Overall, the hotel is great: it's quite, my room had a cozy balcony, it was clean and comfort. Lovely hotel with good breakfast options. Well located to check out the area but not close to central Ankara - we took a taxi to the Citadel and Museum. Sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room fabulous. Room was great. Staff very helpful.
