We loved the warm reception from the desk staff and maintenance staff, everyday. The size and decor of our suite was perfect. The amenities in our suite were sufficient and exceeded our expectations. I really loved the hotel. This is my third time in this lovely hotel. The service was excellent location is the best in istanbul every thing is nearby, and the hotel management were so helpful, especially Mr. Owz the owner of the hotel . he gave good care to the customers and was very helpful. I will for sure stay in the hotel next time and any time I come to Istanbul at this area price is very reasonable for value we got and service. the hotel was very clean and higgeen and the room was always tidy when we came back to the room .

The location is fantastic. The apartment is located in the heart of Kadiköy, close to all the district's attractions, yet on a quieter side street. It's also very close to the metro and the port with a ferry crossing across the Bosphorus. Communication with the owner is exemplary. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I had been at the hotel and I had no doubt when I booked again. The staff, super friendly and helpful, all of them. Always smiling, always ready to help. It's like a family, you really feel comfortable to live in the hotel. Location fantastic, I prefer Kadakoy the Asian side of Istanbul as it is more local. Then it's anyhow easy to take the boat and go to Karakoy. Next visit to Istanbul I will for sure be back here.
