Great and safe hotel. Very good breakfast. Extremly nice staff. On the day we left it was very havy rain and flooded and it was so difficult to get a taxi. And concierge helped me a lot. Thank you ;)

They staff was amazing! I was there to get a medical procedure and couldn't go out of my room for a couple of days. The staff literally got my food ordered and delieved to my room. They took care of my dairy intolerance so well. Housekeeping staff Ebru was so caring and went above and beyond for myself and my friend. Im so happy I stayed at this place. First time in Turkey and was so so happy!

I chose this hotel in Istanbul in the context of a medical treatment, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed. Upon our request, they kindly offered us complimentary Turkish coffee every day, a gesture that truly made us feel welcome and appreciated. On the day of our departure, with our flight scheduled for midnight and my health condition not allowing me to walk around the city, I was very grateful that we were given the option to check out much later for a reasonable additional fee. It was a real help that made a big difference in the comfort of our last day. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially to those who are looking for genuine hospitality and understanding from their hosts!

I’m giving 10 points because the overall experience was good and I appreciate the effort. The check-in process was smooth and convenient, with great communication via WhatsApp. The staff were responsive and helpful, even if only virtually. The neighborhood is pleasant to stay in. Also, it’s worth noting for future guests: this is not a typical hotel. There is no reception or staff on-site. If you need anything (like fresh towels, cleaning, etc.), you have to request every time. So it’s important to set expectations correctly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the place — especially for independent travelers who value flexibility — but I hope the team keeps working on the little things that make a great place truly exceptional.
