We stayed in a corner suite on the executive level with lounge access. We had a private lift for the executive floors. Lounge was amazing and the facilities great. We chose to have breakfast at the lounge. Limited selection but the best and wide selection with a relaxing exclusive vibe. The general breakfast in the restaurant was also great with a massive variety of excellent quality food.

Very nice people at reception, especially Mr. Faisal.
Located near Aksaray Tram station (watchout for your documents etc at tram station). They have helped me whenever help was needed.
Cleaning lady was doing superb job, rooms cleaned everyday and changed sheets upon my request every time.
I recommend this place for people that come to explore Istanbul, everything is easily accesible..
Breakfast was nice.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, connected to Yeni Kapi exchange, tram and buses to the airport. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, exceeding my expectations. A special thanks to the staff, especially Khurshid, who went above and beyond to ensure a great stay—super friendly and always ready to help. Everything was great! The staff helped me to change the number of days that I needed ( an extension that I could not do through booking ) and find me a better room.
