Very nice people at reception, especially Mr. Faisal.
Located near Aksaray Tram station (watchout for your documents etc at tram station). They have helped me whenever help was needed.
Cleaning lady was doing superb job, rooms cleaned everyday and changed sheets upon my request every time.
I recommend this place for people that come to explore Istanbul, everything is easily accesible..
Breakfast was nice.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, connected to Yeni Kapi exchange, tram and buses to the airport. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, exceeding my expectations. A special thanks to the staff, especially Khurshid, who went above and beyond to ensure a great stay—super friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend this place, and I would definitely stay here again!

There are so many excellent things about this hotel:
- the staff: they're always ready to help and are so gentle. An special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim;
- the room: modern, spacious and the bathroom is excellent and everyday the amenities we're replaced; also bottles of watter;
- the breakfast: amazing food and full of pastries, cakes and Turkish sweets.
- The location: the best one! Very close to 3 important spots that you can go walking few steps: the blue mosque, the old market and the cisterns. The trains and busses are 1 min walk and takes you for all directions.
For sure, the best hotel.

This is our first time visiting Istanbul, and we were very satisfied with the Saruhan Hotel. We even adjusted our plan and stayed for an extra two days. The manager and other staff were very patient and helped us answer various questions. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop terrace view was amazing. The entire hotel decoration was very tasteful. I love this hotel, and next time I come to Istanbul, I would like to stay at this hotel.
