This place was well worth the stay! Well situated by the Galata tower, restaurants and shops! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Selim and the owner took great care of me as a solo traveler! I would definitely stay there again when I visit Istanbul again!

I stayed in an individual room and it was cosy and comfortable. Very clean and a spacious bathroom. The staff were very nice and helpful. It's very close to the metro station which is super convenient The breakfast was delicious.

The staff is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL I have never seen people so hands on in my life. The taxi driver I had booked to take me to the airport was 40mn late and traffic was getting worse by the second, they realized I wasn’t going to make it so the manager literally took me there with his own car and did not let me pay even if I begged. The staff is the only reason I made it to my flight. Book this hotel with no hesitation, the owner is the nicest, exceptional staff - great food - beautiful functional rooms and very cosy hotel.
