This hotel provided us an excellent experience in Taipei. All staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed was big and very clean, which was suitable for the people traveling with children. The mini bar providing a variety of drinks and instant noodles for consumers. It was awesome.

Hotel front door is steps away from the Ximen subway station. The laundry facility is great and it is not expensive at all, we used it twice on our 5 nights stay. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book a taxi to airport at 4:30am.

The location is exceptional! A block away from Ximending, you can be in the scene without the noise! The hot water was consistent and helpful for sore feet after too much walking! And of course, the bidet was a big win! I just realise I used too many exclamation marks, because it really is worth the money!

An Excellent Stay! I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The hotel is ideally located—not far from the underground station—and the walk to and from it is genuinely enjoyable thanks to the beautiful surrounding area. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the presence of a snack area and laundry room is a major plus. What truly sets this place apart is the staff: they are absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and always ready to fulfill any request.
