Excellent hotel, well located and very clean rooms.
When we left, we forgot a leather coat in the room, but we called the hotel and everyone was eager to help. They soon told us that they had found it and that it was already at the front desk, asking if they wanted it sent by mail or if we wanted to collect it in person, which was done.

Everything about this hotel is top notch! We arrived passed midnight and was greeted very well by Gerald. The room is spacious and it's clean. The staffs are very friendly, the breakfast is good. The facilities are sufficient. The hotel has coin laundry facilities. Although the location is not in the city center, but it's only 15 mins away by Uber.

Very nice and clean facility on the UT campus. 20-minute walk to downtown and the Colorado River. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, and it had an in room safe for valuables. Breakfast was great with a super buffet or a la Carte options.
The location was easy to find and 2 minutes off hwy 35. The staff were friendly and helpful but a little too professional. I mean that they really wouldn't engage in friendly banter. They were pleasant, helpful, polite, and smiling, but I personally had the impression that We were just another guests.
