Great location, affordable and great service. We didn’t get to enjoy the community feel of this property (food truck at the front, coffee shop in lobby) but it is a great hotel.

Very family friendly, helpful staff and convenient location for the Treefort Music Fest. Appreciated the free breakfast and the comfortable lobby with fireplace, TV’s, and coffee.

Located in the Linen District of downtown Boise, the Modern Hotel features a modern bar. The Modern Hotel hosts their own independent film festival on all guest TVs.

The rooms at the Modern were the most comfortable our group experienced on a 3 week roadtrip. We loved the walk-in showers, the very cozy beds and bedding, and the restaurant in the evening. We also liked the branding - very cute.
