First and foremost, the outstanding kindness of the staff! They were all trying to anticipate our needs, and when we had a question, any of them would try his best to answer, and make us happy! that's the most outstanding experience I had in an hotel. On top of this, the rooms are very nice, comfy, and the 'ambiance', in the rooftop is crazy! Plus the jazz concerts in the bar at the lobby....that's really giving us the feeling we're at home!

The hotel is close to everything - train station, restaurants, convenient stores, parks, historical attractions, shopping! No frills checking in. Peter is the best - very helpful, nice, accommodating and funny too :) He warmly welcomed us. Love the complimentary coffee at the lobby.
